On Dec. 7, 2004, I purchased another case of Lecithin.  While talking to the lady who
answered the phone, I asked why it didn't say anything on your label about what Lecithin can do.  

She told me that you cannot make any medical claims about the benefits from Lecithin so I thought
I would tell you about my use of it and what benefits my husband and I are getting by using it.  

Both of us have a lot of joint pain in our knees and also a lot of stiffness in the joints. We began using
the Lecithin by mixing one tablespoon of Lecithin with orange juice or pineapple juice daily.  

We didn't realize it all at once how much good it was doing but we realized we were walking better 

and having only a twinge now and then.  About two weeks ago, we had to leave home real early in the morning and missed our daily use of Lecithin.  We realized after three days we were getting stiff in the knees again and having trouble climbing stairs.  

 

We went back to our daily dosage and now we are fine again.

I have tried other so called "protein powders" as my daily breakfast drink but always return to the Lewis Labs Over 40 formula.  I am partial to the vanilla custard flavor.  I first used the product, probably 10 years ago, when only the "original" flavor was available.  In the past 5 years or so, I have tried powders offered by my local grocery store, Puritan's Pride (do not recall the name) and more recently PH Balance Alkalizing Formula from Swanson's.  These products cost less, but there is no comparison with the quality of your product.  Yesterday I placed an order for 12 each of the Over 40 formula and I do not intend to try other products in the future so long as you maintain the quality you have in the past.

I used to repair nuclear reactors for a living as a nuclear technician.  We would create one-of-a-kind robotics to repair specific problems in a reactor due to age and running conditions.  We would build these systems at our home site and then accompany them to the reactor site, set them up and do the work, then break them down, decontaminate them and send them back home to get repaired and refitted for the next site.  Sometimes we would work ten to twelve hour days, seven days a week, for months on end. Then we would take off to another reactor at another nuclear facility.

Once there, you would be "on site" for twelve to fourteen hours a day, seven days a week.  Sometimes you would be working in a high radiation area, where your time, exposure to radiation, and work skills would be part of what they call "critical path", which meant that your job was the most important job at the nuclear site, not to mention under intense scrutiny by the people paying you to do the job and also the people who were there to protect you from overexposure and safety.  Talk about pressure!  You might have to fly across the country, 'challenge' a five day test just to get into the facility, jump into a high radiation area on critical path, and be able to have the energy, stamina, and clarity to complete the job.  Not to mention wearing all of the protective clothing; four to six pairs of gloves, mechanic-type overalls covered in water proof wet suits, and a full face respirator whose face shield fogged over every time you breathed and filled up with sweat that would slosh around inside it. It wasn't always like that every day, but sometimes you worked for up to twenty-eight days before you got a day off.

I needed something that was going to help me in getting over jet-lag, give me energy to get through the day for endurance, and also something to help handle the stress of the day to day working conditions, not to mention being thousands of miles away from home and family.

I had been using Staminex for years before this job and had only thought of it as a supplement that gave me the vitamins, proteins and minerals that I needed on a daily basis.  It was only when I started working as a nuclear tech that I discovered it's real potential and benefits.  When other coworkers started complaining about how tired and run down they were getting I suggested that they try what I was using.  Of course, after the sniff and gag of the first sip (you never claimed that it tasted good and I always warned people that I thought that it looks, smells, and tastes like farm dirt, and there is nothing better to grow big and healthy plants and animals than farm dirt!  Actually, my wife sometimes asks me if I had my 'dirt' in the morning.) I got some converts who swore that they could feel the results after just the first few days.  Some went for the RDA because it tasted better and didn't have any meat in it and others went for the Over 40 for obvious reasons but, all in all, they were impressed with the product and the results.  So I can positively say that three out of five nuclear workers prefer Lewis Laboratory products over beer and burritos!

In my opinion, your products have been field tested in some of the roughest working conditions in the world and have come through for me and fellow coworkers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a supplement to help them get over tough working and living conditions.

but I forgot to mention that we started giving our dog and cat 
the appropriate formula for each.  
Our cat is diabetic, and our vet said he needs to eat 
wet (canned) food rather than dry.

from dry winter skin. Ordinarily one of these could take several weeks to
heal, but was gone in about 3 days. Thanks for a great product.

I forgot to mention that we first took Staminex over 15 years ago
when we were on the road as a husband-wife truck driving team.  It
helped us cope with long hours and difficult conditions.  In spite of
what can be a quite stressful occupation, we were rarely sick, and if
we were under the weather it was usually mild compared to what others
with the same colds, flu or whatever were experiencing.  For whatever
reason we got away from using it for a period of years, but are glad
to be back on it.  I don't think we realized how much it was helping
us.

At least one coworker of my husband's has asked about it, so we gave

I'm an RN at a long-term acute care facility taking care of many

Dog Formula Testimonials

 

Dear Lewis Laboratories,                                                        

I am not in the habit of writing thank you notes to corporations but I do want to thank you for manufacturing the product, Dog Formula.  A few years ago, my father suffered a stroke and I became one of his caretakers along with other family members.  My father's dog  "Buster", had been his faithful companion after the death of my mother and we gathered to discuss the future of my father and Buster.    "Buster" is a chocolate lab mix of advanced age that had been adopted as an adult about 12 years ago. His health appeared to diminish with the years. In spite of frequent baths he had developed a strong doggy odor, he was listless, his eyes cloudy and he spent most of his time napping.  The walks he so enjoyed seemed to be an effort for him and his legs would occasionally collapse when he would try to move faster than a walk.  My sister said the first thing to do was to take him to a veterinarian for a physical examination.

The vet did a complete workup and told us Buster is not diseased but has ailments typical for a dog of  his advanced age. He asked about his diet  (my Dad fed him some table scraps along with ordinary dog food) and said that perhaps a diet designed for older dogs might be in order.   He offered to  euthanize him then or we could take him home, keep him comfortable and when the time came he were to call him and he would put Buster to sleep without pain. Buster is a wonderful dog deserved a better prognosis than that.

 We brought him home and he went right to his bed for a nap.  I told anyone who seem interested,  about Buster's condition and happened to hear from someone about your Dog Formula. I finally obtained some and was impressed with its ingredients. I figured it would not hurt to try it for a while if Buster would agree.  I mixed it with some of table scraps and Buster seemed to enjoy it. I added the recommended amount to his food every day. 

Seldom have I been so pleased with any product. In a few weeks Buster's condition had noticeably improved.  The only change in his life was the addition of Dog Formula to his diet.   His coat lost the dryness and developed a nice sheen, the strong doggy odor lessened, he became eager to go for walks and even would successfully climb stairs that he had avoided previously. I was amazed that  his eyes became bright with only a hint of cloudiness. He is enjoying himself again.   The change was apparent to everyone and we could not be more delighted. Both my father and Buster are doing very well now and enjoying their time together.  We all thank you for it.  I am enclosing a snapshot of Buster (he is the one on the left) with my dad taken on Dad's 92nd birthday. I recommend Dog Formula to anyone concerned with improving the condition of an older dog in spite of the hoops one must go through to obtain it.

 I have been using Dog Formula on all my dogs for many,, many years. I swear by it. And I'm so glad that I am able to still get it. The price is why I went ahead and bought about one years worth.  

I have three inside dogs( One German Sheppard and two Dachshunds).  There have been NO FLEAS , and their coats look great and one of my Dachshunds has beaten breast cancer.  They are all older dogs.  

In fact my sheppard is 15 years old and still hanging in there. I really think it has a lot to do with the Dog Formula.

Sure am glad I found this website. I've been using the Cat Formula, probably
since you first put it out, maybe 20 years ago. I hadn't been able to locate

Yes you may use my comments, I don't know if they were written too well to
be published though!  One comment I just thought of was that the same cat
that lived 20 years also had chronic cystitis and when he reached 10 years I
was taking him every few months for a blockage.  That is when a friend found
the Cat Formula in a health food store and showed me.  I started my cat on
it and I don't believe I had to take him to the vet once more for a blockage
and he lived another 10 years (the major ingredient, liver, is supposed to
